This website is operated by Kalimati Technical Center Pvt. Ltd. (kalimatitech.com). Enquiries about products and training can be sent to info.ktevt@gmail.com. Service bookings can be sent to info@technicalsewa.com.

What we collect

If you use a form on this site, we collect the details you submit: your name, phone number, email address, and the information you give about an appliance, a repair, an organisation, or a general question.

The EasyStan valuation form can also include photographs you choose to upload. Those photographs are used only to review the appliance.

The site does not ask you to create an account, and it does not use advertising cookies.

Why we collect it

We use the information to reply to you, assign a technician, prepare a valuation or quotation, or answer a question about training. We do not sell personal information.

How it is delivered

Form submissions are emailed to the relevant team through Amazon Simple Email Service. A confirmation may also be emailed to the address you provide. Please do not send passwords, identity document numbers, or other sensitive records through these forms.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for as long as we need them to handle your request, provide any agreed warranty or maintenance, and meet ordinary business record-keeping. You can ask us to delete a message that is no longer needed by emailing info.ktevt@gmail.com.

Training applications

The Apply Now button opens a Google Form that is not hosted on this website. Information entered there is handled by that form, under Google's terms, as well as by our training team.
