Do you provide doorstep repair services?
Yes. Technical Sewa provides doorstep service across major cities in Nepal for many repair and maintenance requirements.
Which areas does Technical Sewa cover?
Major cities including Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, Pokhara and Biratnagar, along with surrounding areas.
How do I book Technical Sewa?
Book through this website, by phone, on WhatsApp, or by email. A technician is assigned after the request is registered.
How much does Technical Sewa cost?
Basic service inspection starts from NPR 500. The final price depends on the equipment, the problem, the parts and how complex the repair is. A quotation is given before repair begins.
Do you provide warranty?
Selected repairs and replaced genuine parts can have warranty coverage of up to one year, subject to the applicable service terms.
What is AMC?
AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract. It can include regular checkups, preventive maintenance, priority service, discounts and extended warranty support.
EasyStan
What is EasyStan?
EasyStan provides appliance exchange and product-related solutions. Customers share appliance details for an initial evaluation and can explore valuation, exchange and available product options.
What information is needed for an EasyStan valuation?
Appliance type, model number, photographs, condition, damage details if they apply, and location. A front photo and a clear note of the condition make the first review faster.
KTEVT
What technical training does KTEVT provide?
Training areas include appliance repair, electronics repair, AC servicing, CCTV installation and equipment repair and maintenance, with practical sessions and certification where it applies.
How do I apply for training?
Fill in the KTEVT application form linked from the training page. The form is hosted on Google Forms.
